General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the Rules) determine the basis for the use of the website https://tucha.ua/ (hereinafter the Site) and services of Virtual Infrastructure of Tucha (hereinafter the Services) (tables No. 01-07 of these Rules).
The rules are intended to briefly familiarize you with the Site and the Services.

The user confirms that they have reached full legal capacity or obtained the consent of their parents (foster parents) to use the Site and/or the Services. The Services are provided on the basis of the Public Agreement (offer) for the provision of services for temporary use of the virtual infrastructure of Tucha.
The Services are designed for use and purposes not prohibited by national and international legislation.
The Services are characterized by the purpose of application; the location of servers; the level of guaranteed availability; the ability to choose the server operating system; the ability to rent software licenses; the methods of interaction; the level of service; the possibility of additional expansion, cost, and so on.
The use of the Services is paid.
Payment for the Services is made on the terms of 100% prepayment.

Section No. 05 Terms and Conditions
The Site and Services are provided on the "as is" basis.
Your feedback can be used for the Site and the Services promotion on the Internet.
We are not responsible for your actions, the actions of third-party providers, or the actions of people who use the Services on our behalf.
The names of products and services, software, scripts, sources, content, photos, graphics, videos, logos, slogans, etc. posted on the Site constitute the Content of the Site.
