Cloud solution provider Tucha invites novice IT professionals to work as technical support operators.

Primary tasks:

• monitoring the performance of system services and promptly notifying responsible engineers of recognized deviations;
• receiving and initial processing of client requests, dispatching and monitoring their execution;
• sustaining contact with users, informing them about the progress of work on their requests.
• As skills and knowledge are acquired, tasks will also include the following:
• help clients diagnose and fix problems with their websites (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, 1C-Bitrix, OpenCart, and other popular CMS) in our hosting environment (Linux, Apache HTTP Server, NGINX, MySQL, PHP, ISPmanager, cPanel, VestaCP, BitrixVM);
• helping clients migrate their websites, advising them on how their website code interacts with the libraries and services of the system in which they work;
• over time, it is likely to participate in solving tasks that are somehow related to maintaining and upgrading the computing cloud infrastructure, ensuring the interaction of client virtual machines with tens of thousands of clients.

The candidate we are looking for:

1. Understands well how a great service differs from a regular, and strives to have reasons to be proud of the results of their work.
2. Has a general understanding of the Internet principles, minimal experience in developing and maintaining websites is undoubtedly a plus.
3. They want to gain more practical experience and develop their understanding of the systems that support web applications (virtual servers in the cloud, Linux-based operating systems, web servers, version control systems, hosting control panels, systems for monitoring statistics, events and states, website protection ensuring system, and much more that they will be constantly working with).
4. Excellent command of Ukrainian or Russian (at least one of them, but perfectly).
5. Understands texts in English (at least, do not be lazy to look in the dictionary when they see a new word), and the ability to write without errors will not be superfluous.
6. Motivated to work for a company that works at the cutting edge of the IT industry.
7. Intend and really want to master new areas of knowledge.
